The Japanese art of Kintsukuroi, also known as gold mending, goes back centuries. It is the art of repairing broken pottery with lacquer dusted with gold, which is where we drew inspiration for the Kintsukuroi set. This is pure gold hand painted on matte porcelain.
Each set consists of:
-6 (27cm) plates,
-6 (21cm) plates,
-6 soup bowls,
-1 round platter.
This set is non-microwaveable, but is dishwasher safe for up to 500 cycles. It is oven safe.
Since this is hand painted porcleain, no two pieces are identical.
